Immediate Roadside sanction (I.R.S.) appeals

In addition to the existing impaired driving legislation found within Canada's Criminal Code, Alberta has enacted its own roadside sanction legislation. Under Alberta's Immediate Roadside Sanction (I.R.S.) program, if a driver fails an alcohol breath test on an approved screening device, police can seize a driver's license roadside, impound a vehicle roadside (even if it does not belong to the driver), and prohibit driving for up to ninety days. Time is of the essence when disputing I.R.S. sanctions: action must be taken WITHIN SEVEN DAYS, and review applications must be filled out correctly. Don't delay; contact Ticket Busters for more information and an estimate.
